Ashtanga Yoga is an athletic flow combining strength, flexibility and stamina for a complete practice.

This powerful, healing class is a specific sequence of postures linking breath and movement to leave you feeling re-energised, focused and relaxed!

Helen of HD Yoga trained as a dancer, working professionally for many years Internationally and on the West End Stage. During her dance career Helen used Yoga to successfully prevent injury, maintain flexibility and endurance. Helen trained as a Yoga Instructor in the Himalayas, India and has since worked for many Yoga studios and Gyms in London as well as training the Oxford United Football Team. Helen is passionate about helping people to feel confident and strong in their body and mind. Why not ask Helen about one to one Yoga classes to really get fast results!
