challenge your mind and body and have fun doing it!

Saturday mornings 8:00 - 9:00 am

Not with PiYo…PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

Mondays 7:30 - 8:30 pm

PiYO - No Weights, No Jumps - Just Hardcore Results

Ashtanga Yoga is an athletic flow combining strength, flexibility and stamina for a complete practice to leave you feeling re-energised, focused and relaxed!

Helen trained as a dancer, working professionally internationally and on the West End and used Yoga to successfully prevent injury, maintain flexibility and endurance. Trained in the Himalayas, India and has since worked for many Yoga studios and Gyms in London as well as the Oxford United Football Team.
